​Lace up those racing shoes — registration is officially open for FONA’s annual Fall 5K on Sunday, November 10th!

For the first time ever, FONA is offering FREE registration for the first 50 veterans who sign up. Thanks to support from the National Environmental Education Foundation for making this possible. PLUS all active and reserve military members, as well as FONA members, all can receive 20% off their race registration.

Veteran’s Day Forest Bathing Walk

Slow down and open your senses to nature at the National Arboretum. During this two-hour program, Friends of the National Arboretum’s certified forest bathing guides invite you to reflect on the world around you and guide you through focused meditations.

Registration is required for this event. The suggested ticket price is $35, but please pay what you can to attend.
