Plant Introduction Posters
Arboretum Posters Highlight the Best USNA Introductions
In 2007 and 2008, with support from the Friends of the National Arboretum and design expertise from the Agricultural Research Service’s Information Services Unit, the U.S. National Arboretum unveiled three new full-color posters featuring some of our best woody plant introductions.
One poster features our superior tree introductions, while a second one focuses on our most outstanding shrub cultivars. The third poster is devoted solely to our well-known crapemyrtle introductions. These posters were designed to help inform growers, retailers, and the public about the results of our tree and shrub breeding programs.
The 22” x 34” posters will be distributed to stakeholders primarily at trade shows and other industry functions. Adobe PDF file versions of the posters are also available for viewing and printing from the links below. [Slow download warning: these PDF files are approximately 2-4 megabytes in size; final prints are also scalable to 22” x 34”].
