The Arboretum grounds are open every day of the year except December 25 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Last entry is at 4:30 pm.

The National Bonsai & Penjing Museum is generally open daily from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. It is closed for federal holidays from November through February.
